To use Incantations in Elden Ring, you need to equip a Sacred Seal first. You may find one as a drop or buy one from merchants.
Once you acquired one, equip it in either the main hand or offhand, select an incantation (you can cycle through the incantations you have equipped with left and right on the D-pad), and press the Right bumper (Xbox), R1 (PlayStation), or Left Mouse Button (PC) if your sacred seal is equipped in your Main Hand, otherwise press the Left bumper (Xbox), L1 (PlayStation), or Right Mouse Button (PC) for the Offhand.
